Well, due to being unplugged for a bit, there was a delay in the announcement of Reindeer Reviews but here it is.
Throughout November, I will be highlighting some great Christmas gift ideas for your family. This year our family is focusing on:
Economical, Quality, Eco Friendly, Practical/Useful
- With the economy being as it is, we want to save money but sometimes it’s worth a little extra to get something that will last, not needing to be replaced. The dollar store has some great finds to be sure, but sometimes in the long run you don’t get the best bang for your buck!
- Our family has started doing some things to help reduce the impact on our environment. How can we do that with our gifts?
- How many gifts are given each year that are ‘unitaskers’ and sit unused in homes, only to collect dust or be donated.
Some items have been provided by companies, some I have purchased myself for our family. We also have some giveaways coming up so it should be a fun month!
This is good advise being thoughtful when we pick and give gifts is also going to help during these tough economic times.

Sounds great! I look forward to reading more about it. :)
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a great idea! :) I can't wait to see what's all coming!
ReplyDeleteOh and on a totally different note...I just have to tell you...I noticed you entered the Strider Running Bike contest on Glimpse and said you were a bit skeptical. ;) Trust me...I was too...when the company said Tate would catch on real fast, I was like...yeah....MAYBE - but he can't balance, he can't pedal and he really doesn't even know how to steer. But I could hardly believe my eyes when I saw that they were right. It was the strangest thing to all of a sudden see my kid riding a bike a week after getting it...when he couldn't even ride a trike the week before that! Anyways...my point is...I hope you win so that you can try it with Chloe...and get as hooked on this product as I have. haha. :)
